Troy Thomas White

Troy Thomas White, 52, of Malta, Ohio died at 2:57 PM, Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital, OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.

He was born April 8, 1968 in Columbus, the son of the late Mitchell White and Barbara (nee: Knox) White of Malta.

Troy was a self-employed painter. He enjoyed remodeling and painting homes, fishing and cooking.

In addition to his mother, left behind to mourn his passing is his wife, Teri (nee: Hoagland) White; his children, Jamie Hougland, Tansie Pettet, Jessica Harris and Jason Hougland; his sister, Reva (Eric) Hill and 15 grandchildren.

In addition to his father, Troy was preceded in death by his brother, Mitch (Pooh) White.

The family has chosen cremation for Troy.  They will have a private family gathering to celebrate Troy’s life at a later date.
