Jerry Allen McLean, 68, of Roseville died in the morning hours of Monday, February 20, 2023, at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room.

He was born, one of five children on March 27, 1954, a son to the late, Gerald and Evelyn (Rosser) McLean.

Jerry spent his life as a master plumber, having retired after decades of practicing the trade. He was a bit of a wild man, letting his free spirit guide him through life’s journey. Listening to country music while enjoying the blessings of life, primarily his grandchildren who were his favorite past time and gave him the greatest joy.

Jerry leaves behind his children, Amber (Jeremy) Vance, Clint McLean, Jeremy (Christie) McLean, Joshua (Ashley) McLean and Jared (Victoria) McLean and his adoring grandchildren, Harlen, Layla, Carder, Hannah, Hayden, Hunter, Allissa, Ashley, Brian, Dakota and Everett.

In addition to his parents, preceding Jerry in death are his wife, Shirley (Hammler) McLean; his siblings, Vicki Dorsey, Jeffrey McLean, Wayne McLean and David McLean.

Friends are welcoming to pay their final respects to Jerry and his family from 4-8:00 PM, Thursday, February 23, 2023, at the Goebel Funeral Home, 36 N. Buckeye St., Crooksville. Following visitation, Jerry will be cremated.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
