Virginia A. DeGarmo

Virginia Ann DeGarmo, 57, of New Concord, Ohio passed away at 8:45 AM, Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Adams Lane Care Center following an extended illness.

Virginia was born December 15, 1956 in Boscobel, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Howard M. and Josephine M. (Sobek) McKnight.

She was a former file clerk at the Bureau of Workers' Compensation and a member of the Guernsey County Horsemans' Club. She was Protestant by faith.

Virginia is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Satomi Rule of California; her grandchildren, William, Hanna and Melody Rule and her sister-in-law, Joyce Park.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. DeGarmo, who passed away January 8, 2013 and a brother and sister.

Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at a later date. GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE is caring for the DeGarmo family.
