Tracy Ann Sullivan

Tracy Ann Sullivan, 47, of New Lexington passed away at 2:04 PM, Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center after a sudden illness.

She was born August 2, 1967 in Zanesville, to her biological parents, the late Larry Holmes and Betty Thomas of Newark and she was raised by her adoptive parents, the late Jim and Marveen Thomas.

Tracy is survived by her husband, Gregory Sullivan of the home; her daughters, Amanda (Chad) Groves of Crooksville and Stephanie (Jason) Tucker of Zanesville; her sons, Timithy Thomas of Zanesville and Thomas Azbell of Corning; her step-sons, Casey (Brandy) Sullivan of Woodsfield and Austin Lee of Lancaster; her sisters, Randa (Wayne) Groves of Somerset and Krystyna Howard of Owenton, Kentucky; her brothers, Edward (Linda) Thomas of Crooksville and Ricky Clark of Lancaster and her six grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Tracy is preceded in death by her sister Annetta Bishop Green.
