Theodore R. "Ted" Thomas

Theodore R. "Ted" Thomas, 58, of Crooksville, passed away at 7:35 AM, Saturday, August 9, 2014 following an extended illness.

Ted was born in Zanesville on November, 12, 1955, the son of the late James "Drag" and Lillian Frash Thomas.

He served our country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

Ted is survived by his daughters, Marlana and Kevin Solgot of Crooksville and Holly Thomas of New Lexington; his son, Theodore Robert Thomas of Crooksville, his sister-in-law, April "Sam" Thomas of Crooksville; the mother of his children, Cindy Swick Thomas and his ten grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Diana Blake; his brother Michael Thomas and his twin brother, Tim Thomas.

Friends and family will be received, Sunday, August 10, 2014 from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM, at the GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. In keeping with Ted's wishes a dignified cremation will follow.
