Susanna E. Levering

Susanna E. Levering, 93, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, formerly of Crooksville passed away at 12:35 PM, Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Wesley Ridge Adult Living Facility in Reynoldsburg after an extended illness.

She was born September 12, 1917 in Roseville, the daughter of the late Frank and Elsie Weaver Pride.

Susanna was a former medical secretary at Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville. She was a lifetime member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Roseville and currently attended Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Upper Arlington.

Mrs. Levering is survived by her daughter, Nancy Ruth Van Fossen of Grandview; her sons, John (Joyce) Levering of Springfield and James (Nancy Ann) Levering of Reynoldsburg; her grandchildren, Joseph Van Fossen, Grace Van Fossen, Amanda Lynn Levering, Sarah Ann(Kevin)Morris, Matthew James (Allison)Levering; her great grandchildren, Samantha Ann Morris, Sydney Ruth Morris and Madison Marie Levering.

In addition to her parents, Susanna was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Levering who passed away November 12, 1993; her sister, Ruth Pride and her brother, Arthur George Pride.

The Levering family will receive visitors at 12 noon, Saturday, March 26 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Main St., Roseville where funeral services and a celebration of Susanna's life will be held at 1:00 PM. with Pastor Larry Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Crooksville Cemetery.
