Ruth M. Shuster

Ruth Maxine Shuster, 87, of W. Main St., Crooksville passed away at 8:20 am, Friday, May 21, 2010 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House in Zanesville after an extended illness. She was born October 27,1922 in Crooksville the daughter of the late Forest O. and Goldie Mae Goody Rinehart. Ruth was a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughter, Wilma(Steve)Haught of Zanesville; her son, Forest Michael Shuster of Crooksville; six grandchildren, Nicole Shuster, Shawn Shuster, Shellie(Jim)Henry, Renee(Morgan)Redmond, Junior Sowers, and Jenny Sowers,
eight great grandchildren, Chelsey Embry, Cody Wilson, Connor Shuster, Alex Williams, Darean Williams, Trisha Sowers, and Lakota Redmond. In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Francis H. Shuster who passed away July 31, 1977; her son, Francis Leroy Shuster; brothers, Thomas and Charles Rinehart and sisters, Joan McCabe and Freda James. The Shuster family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 noon, Sunday, May 23 at the GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. A funeral service and a celebration of Ruth's life will be held at 4:00 pm with Pastor Marc Caton officiating. Cremation will follow with burial in Crooksville Cemetery at a later date.
