Ronald D. 'Ron' German, 69, of Corning, Ohio died at 1:36 pm, Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Genesis Morrison House Hospice in Zanesville following an extended illness.
He was born February 11, 1949 in Zanesville, the son of the late Wallace and Rosalie (Ogg) German. Ron was retired from the Portersville Water Plant where he was a supervisor. He was an avid knife and gun collector.
Ron is survived by his daughter, Madaline (Sean) McIntyre of Corning; his son, Levi German of Corning; his brother, Ray (Teresa) German of Crooksville; his grandchildren, Konlan, Korynn and Klaire McIntyre; his sister-in-law, Teresa German of Corning and his good friends, Al Gibbs and Petra Gibbs.
In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his brother, Steven German.
No calling hours or service will take place. He will be cremated.
