Roger Eugene Pitcock

Roger Eugene Pitcock, 66, of Roseville, Ohio died at 3:00 AM, Thursday, November 25, 2021 at Willow Haven Nursing Home in Zanesville due to an extended illness.

He was born December 15, 1954 in Columbus, the eldest son of the late Robert and Darlene Sue (nee: Wood) Pitcock.  Roger had worked as a contractor while residing in Florida.  After returning to Ohio, he was an employee of The City of Roseville.  He then became an employee of Conn’s Potato Chip Company and worked there until the time of his automobile accident that left him paralyzed.  He enjoyed playing Texas Hold ‘Em and any poker game, playing chess and getting very suntanned.

Left behind to mourn his passing are his children, Heather Dawn (Pitcock) White, Taylor Pitcock (Chris Evans) and Brandon Lee Pitcock; his sister and caregiver, Rhonda Yates and other siblings, Dee (Ron) Smith, Joan Taylor, Paul (Linda) Pitcock, John (Amber) Pitcock and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Lee Pitcock , sister, Sylvia Sue Pitcock and his brother-in-law, Jesse Yates.

Roger will be cremated. His remains will be buried with his family in Mt. Horeb Cemetery at a later date.
