Roger Lee Landerman

Roger Lee Landerman, 70, of Nashport, Ohio, formerly of Crooksville and Columbus passed away at 12:38 PM, Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Altercare of Zanesville following brief illness.

He was born March 14, 1953 in Zanesville, the son of Betty Jean (nee: Landerman) Davis.

Roger was a 1972 graduate of Crooksville High School.  Following high school, Roger attended Ohio University and graduated from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1976.  Being an Ohio licensed funeral director and embalmer, he worked in his profession at Schoedinger Funeral Homes and Maeder-Quint-Tiberi Funeral Home, both in Columbus.  He was an avid reader and enjoyed a few beers in the evening.

Left behind to mourn his passing are his siblings, Annette Smith, Tammy Elliott, William G. (Pamela) Davis and John Davis (Cathy Baron).

In addition to his mother, Roger was preceded in death by his step-father, William Davis and his brother, Ralph Lee Landerman.

Roger will be cremated and his remains will be buried with his family in Crooksville Cemetery at a later date.
