Paul Edward Gillogly

Paul Edward Gillogly, 61, of Roseville, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Monday, November 28, 2016 following an extended illness.

Paul was born May 19, 1955, in Zanesville, Ohio, the son of the late Grandville and Avonell (Houston) Gillogly.

He was a member of the Anchor Church in Crooksville and worked as a truck driver for Dunn's Trucking in Roseville. He served his country in the United States Army. Paul was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Paul is survived by his loving wife, of forty-one years, Vickie (Saxton) Gillogly of the home, his daughters, Tina Sowers (Corey Lewis) of Crooksville and Bobbi Gillogly of Roseville; his sons, James Sowers of Zanesville and Joseph (Brittany Bagley) Gillogly of Roseville; his brothers, Charles (Trinnis) Gillogly of Zanesville and Richard Gillogly of Newark; his eleven grandchildren; his eight great-grandchildren and his fur child, Bella and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Paul is proceeded in death by his sister, Bernice Cunningham and his brother, Robert Gillogly.

Family and friends will be received 2:00 PM-4:00 PM and 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Paul's life will be 11:00 AM, Friday, December 2 at the funeral home with Pastor Tony Richard officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Horeb Cemetery in Roseville.
