Lannie Sue Sowers

Lannie Sue Sowers, 61, of Roseville, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 1, 2011 at her residence.

Lannie was born July 10, 1950 in Zanesville, the daughter of the late Robert D. Bentley and Marilyn Sowers Bentley of Roseville.

Mrs. Sowers was a former employee of R.J. Reynolds Company. She was a member of Zanesville Church of Christ.

In addition to her mother, Lannie is survived by her husband, G. Vernon Sowers; her daughter and son-in-law, Stacey and Kevin Cannon; her step-son and daughter-in-law, Troy and Darla Sowers; her sister, Mary Ann Paynter all of Roseville; her brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Lea Bentley of Crooksville and four grandchildren, Dakota and Sedona Sowers and Kaitlyn and Scott Cannon.

The Sowers family will receive visitors 2-4 and 6-8 PM, Sunday, September 4 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Lannie's life will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday September 5 with Johnathon Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Horeb Cemetery.
