Keith Douglas Russell

Keith Douglas Russell, 53 of Crooksville, Ohio passed away at 8:46 AM, Friday, November 12, 2010 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville following a lengthy illness.

He was born October 10, 1957 in Zanesville, the son of the late Pearl and Ocie Van Wey Russell.
Keith was a veteran of the US Army with an Honorable discharge. He had been stationed at Fort Hood, Texas and Germany.

Keith is survived by his brothers, Gary Russell and Becky of Zanesville, Rick Russell and Ida of Deavertown, Greg Russell and Krystal of Deluth,Minnesota and Daniel and Melissa Lane of Arizona; sisters, Janice and Jeff Starlin of Deavertown, Valorey and Robert Dennis of New Lexington and Sandie and late husband, George Pettus of Philadelphia, Mississippi; his daughters, Vonda Morgan of Newark and Kristina Russell of Crooksville; son Travis Russell of Newark; grandchildren, Kaitlynn and Kierstan Morgan and Travis Trussell, Jr. all of Newark and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Keith was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Russell.

The family received visitors beginning at 11:00 AM, Monday, November 15 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE where funeral services and a celebration of Keith's life was held at 1:00 PM. Cremation followed.
