Julie Ann Noe

Julie Ann Noe, 50. of Zanesville, Ohio passed away at 10:13 am, Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Willow Haven Nursing Home in Zanesville following an extended illness.

She was born February 10, 1964 in Zanesville, the daughter of Norval Camp, Jr. of Zanesville and the late Linda O. Tracy Ross.

Julie was a former receptionist for Michelli, Baldwin, Northrup Law Firm in Zanesville.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her son, James L. Arbuckle, Jr. (Andrea Nelson) of Roseville; her sister, Cynthia (Steve) Chapin of Zanesville; her brother, Jeffrey (Teresa) Camp of Zanesville; her half-brothers, Chad Camp and Daniel Ross both of Zanesville and John Ross of Utah and one grandson, Eli James Arbuckle.

In keeping with Julie's wishes, she was cremated.
