Joseph Max Brock, 54, of Roseville, Ohio passed away as the result of an automobile accident in the early morning of Thursday, May 25, 2017 in New Philadelphia.

Joe was born, February 25, 1963, in Zanesville, the son of the late Robert and Maxine Wahler Brock.

Joe was a production associate for ProVia Stone in Sugarcreek. He attended St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Roseville. He was an avid golfer, and enjoyed playing a round with his brothers. Joe was also an enthusiastic fan of Ohio State Buckeye Football and always enjoyed rooting for his Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of fourteen years, Rebecca Kranyik Brock of the home, his daughters, Carrie (Jeff) Redfern of Crooksville and Sarah (Michael) Smith of Roseville; his step-children, Amy (Bob) Russell of Roseville, Chris Compston (Heather Harper) of Crooksville and Chad (Jessica) Alfman of New Lexington; his sister, Shirley (Robert) Wahl of Zanesville; his brothers, Robert (Cory) Brock of Dexter City, Ed Brock of Circleville and Dave (Debbie) Brock; his sister-in-law, Ruth (Bill) Little of Florida; his grandchildren, Sky, Ryan, Hope, Kyle, Nathan, Ashley, Haley, Jenna, Andy, Abbi and many nieces and nephews

In addition to his parents, Joe is preceded in death by his sister, Crystal Kovalski and his sister-in-law, Kathy Mayfield.

Family and friends will be received, 2:00 PM-8:00 PM, Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Joe's life will be 1:00 PM, Sunday May 28 at the funeral home with Pastor Jerry Sutton officiating. Burial will follow in Oakfield Cemetery.
