Joel Nicholas Stoneburner, 38, of Roseville, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Genesis Healthcare Emergency Room in Zanesville following an apparent heart attack.

Joel was born on September 13, 1978 in Zanesville, the son of William and Connie (Moore) Stoneburner of Crooksville.

He worked in various capacities, mainly factory work. Joel was a family man, a good father with a warm, kind and loving heart. He enjoyed playing golf and listening to country music.

In addition to his parents, Joel is survived by his fiancée`, Jennifer Wyatt; his daughter, Sienna Stoneburner; his son, Treston Stoneburner; all of the home; his sister, Tabitha (Richard) Rush of Roseville; his paternal grandmother, Rosella Stoneburner; his aunts and uncles, Jack Moore and his wife, Tracy Hall, Lonnie Moore and his wife, Connie Wilson, Tom (Chris) Stoneburner and Bryan Stoneburner and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Joel is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Doug and Garnet Moore; his paternal grandfather, Raymond Stoneburner and his aunt, Roberta Jarrett.

Family and friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 PM, Sunday, January 22 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Joel's life will be at 11:00 AM, Monday, January 23 at the funeral home with Kyle Eveland as celebrant. Burial will follow in Crooksville Cemetery.
