Jerry M. Brown

Jerry M. Brown, 67, of Crooksville, passed away at 6:48 AM, Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at the Adams Lane Care Center in Zanesville following an extended illness.

Jerry was born February 3, 1948 in Zanesville, the son of the late Mace and Mildred Bennett Brown.

He served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Jerry retired from Superior Fiberglass in Breman.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife of forty-eight years, Vickie Eveland Brown of Crooksville; his daughters, Tracey (Dave) Cowden of Frazeysburg and Sara Brown of Crooksville; his grandchildren, Victoria Cowden, Chase Brown, Hunter Brown, Emma Wilson, Alli Wilson and Parker Cowden; his niece, Jennifer Ray Swope and his nephews, Kyle Eveland and Nathan Eveland.

In addition to his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by his son, Jason Matthew Brown; his granddaughter, Ella Grace Cowden and his sister-in-law, Dee Anne Eveland.

A dignified cremation will occur. A memorial service will be held in Jerry's honor at 12:00 PM, Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE with Pastor Robert Mesnard officiating.
