Isaac A. "Ike" Hill

Isaac Arthur "Ike" Hill,54, of Ceramic Rd. Crooksville passed away at 5:15 P.M., Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House in Zanesville after an extended illness.
Born May 8, 1955 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Everett Hill and Juanita North Hill of Fultonham, Ike was a former employee of Crooksville Coal Company and was a former police officer of the Crooksville Police Department. In addition to his mother, he is survived by loving wife of 15 years, Carla Pitcock Hill; his daughters, Blyth(Corry)Dunn of Crooksville, Kayla(Travis) Goode of Mt. Perry, Cody(Chris) Dunn of Crooksville, Paige Gensley of the home; his son, Michael(Danielle) Gensley of Crooksville; his step-children, Mike(Kathy)Robinson of California and Shana(Rick)Barnette of New Lexington; his sisters, Margie Ann(Bobby) Pletcher of Zanesville, Toby Burns, Sue(Randy) Bowen, Evelyn(Roger) Pletcher, Margaret Bankes all of Deavertown, and Jeanie Hiles of Crooksville; his brothers, Everett(Sharon) Hill of Somerset, John(Carolyn) Hill of Fultonham, Charles(Barbara) Hill of New Lexington; his grandchildren, Samara Dunn, Caden Dunn, Unity Culbertson, Cierra Gensley, and Caliona Dunn. In addition to his father, Ike was preceded in death by his brother, Rodger H. Hill. Friends may call 2-8 P.M., Tuesday, December 8 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 9 with Rev. Steve Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Horeb Cemetery near Crooksville.
