Glenna Mae Gossman

June 28, 1914 — April 29, 2016

Glenna Mae Gossman, 101, of Delphos, Ohio, formerly of Crooksville passed away at 3:35 AM, Friday, April 29, 2016 at Vancrest of Delphos Assisted Living Community following a brief illness.

She was born June 28, 1914 in Buchtel, the daughter of the late Harlan and Emma (Preston) Collins.

Glenna was a former employee of The Watt Pottery in Crooksville. Also, she was a former member of New Hope United Methodist Church in Crooksville and later attended Rosefarm Church of Christ.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Vicki Gossman of Delphos; her grandchildren, Greg and Kay Gossman, Jackie and Kent Pritchard and Julane and Jeff Stockwell; her step-granddaughter, Michelle; her great grandchildren, Trenton, Trey and Kara Gossman, Jacob York, Spencer Pritchard, Rileigh and Jace Stockwell, Austin and Nadine Clarkson; her sisters, Blanche Channel of Terre Haute, Indiana and Betty McCann of Zanesville and her brother, Bill Collins.

In addition to her parents, Glenna was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence 'Windy' Gossman who passed away October 30, 1990 and her brothers and sister-in-law, Frank and Dollie Collins and Ray Collins.

Family and friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 PM, Sunday, May 1 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Glenna's life will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, May 2 with Pastor Larry Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery near Roseville.
