Faye M. Ditter

Faye M. Ditter, 99, of Roseville, Ohio passed away at 11:27 AM, Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville.

Faye was born February 23, 1913, in Crooksville, the daughter of the late Mack and Anna Reese Bonifant.

She retired from the Brush Pottery in Roseville where she worked as a decorator. Mrs. Ditter was a former member of Roseville Presbyterian Church and had most recently attended First Hope United Methodist Church in Crooksville.

Faye is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Richard Nickeson of Ft. Myers, Florida; her granddaughters, Heather (Kevin) Young of Columbus and Holly (Harry) Mondy of Cincinnati; her great grandchildren, Clayton, Anita and Chris Young, Jennifer (Judd) Bostic and Patrick Mondy and special niece, Betty Searls.

In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by her husband, P. Chester Ditter, who passed away April 4, 1975; her brother, Orville Bonifant; her sister, Forest R. Moore; half- sisters, Nora Wolfe and Dora Seckman and half-brothers, Arthur Bonifant, William Bonifant and Orvis Reese.

Funeral services and a celebration of Faye's life will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 20 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE with Pastor Gay Blau officiating. Family and friends will be received one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Roseville.
