Edward Lee Inman, 65, of Crooksville, Ohio passed away at 3:38 PM, Friday, March 9, 2012 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville following an extended illness.
Ed was born May 3, 1946 in Zanesville, the son of the late Nimrod and Opal Mae Strohl Inman. Mr. Inman was a disabled veteran. He served our country during the Vietnam war as a medic in the US Navy, a corpsman in connection with the US Marine Corps and later he served in the US Army.
Ed was a member of Iliff United Methodist Church in McLuney.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Patricia Kennedy Inman; his daughter and son-in-law, Sonya & Bill Eppley of Crooksville; his son, Roy & Kathy Hutchins of Crooksville; grandchildren, Terry & Tina, Amanda & Matt and Jaclyn & Cody and one great grandchild, Nevaeh.
Family and friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 PM, Monday, March 12, 2012 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Ed's life will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor John Sellers officiating. Burial will follow in Deavertown Cemetery.
