Donald Lee Whitehouse, Jr

Donald Lee Whitehouse, Jr., 69, of Crooksville, Ohio passed away at 11:50 PM, Friday, September 21, 2012 at New Lexington Care and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness.

Donald was born May 5, 1943 in Zanesville, the son of the Mercedes Whitehouse of Michigan and the late Donald Lee Whitehouse, Sr.

He was a disabled self-employed contractor. Donald served our country in the US Army. He was Baptist by faith.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Whitehouse is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Darren and Betty Whitehouse of Crooksville; the pride and sunshine of his life, his grandchildren, Megan, Dakota and Alexis Whitehouse; his sister, Sandy (Jerry) Bukoski of Michigan; one niece and five nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dean Whitehouse.

Cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. He will be deeply missed by his family.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of New Lexington Care and Rehab, FairHope Hospice and Dr. Bradley Wilson for taking special care of him throughout his illness.
