Daniel Lee Savage

Daniel Lee Savage, Jr., 35, of Crooksville, Ohio passed away at 12:30 PM, Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus following an extended illness.

Daniel was born November 22, 1977 in Zanesville, the son of Daniel L, and Rose Marie Goodin Savage, Sr. of Crooksville.

He graduated from Crooksville High School in 1996. Daniel was well known around Crooksville and loved to hang out at Circle K with his two liter of Mountain Dew or his Polar Pop.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Bobbie (Keith) Treadway and Melissa Savage; his brother, Billy Savage; his maternal grandmother, Roberta Goodin and his paternal grandmother, Corabelle Savage, all of Crooksville.

Daniel was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Lyle Savage and Howard Goodin; his niece, Keisha Kinney and his nephew, Austin Kinny.

Family and friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 PM, Tuesday, December 4 and Wednesday, December 5 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Daniel's life will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 6 at the funeral home with Jim Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Crooksville Cemetery.
