Buelah L. Ross

Buelah L. Ross, 86, of Crooksville peacefully passed away at 6:05 PM, Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Cedar Hill Care Center in Zanesville, following a brief illness.

Buelah was born April 14, 1928 in San Toy, the daughter of the late Andrew and Maude Ansel Lemity.

She was an area pottery worker and deeply enjoyed the Crooksville Eagles Arie 1979 Annual Cancer Walks.

Buelah is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Paul Theisen of Crooksville; her sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Buck Mingus of Sayre; her grandson Rick (Kari Welch) Theisen of Crooksville and her great-grandchildren, Ross Theisen, Alli Theisen, and Jailynn Welch.

In addition to her parents, Buelah is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer "Toe" Ross; her grandson and his wife, David and Tina Theisen; her sisters, Ida Altier, Mary Nixon, Rhea Stover and Audrey Jones and her brothers, James Lemity, Floyd Lemity, Don Lemity, Dale Lemity and Andy Lemity.

Friends and family will be received 2:00 PM-4:00 PM and 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, Thursday, February 12, 2015 at the GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Buelah's life will be 11:00 AM, Friday February 13 at the funeral home with Pastor Larry Penrod officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Horeb Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Buelah's name to the Crooksville Eagles Arie 1979 Annual Cancer Walk, 801 China St., Crooksville. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
