Arthur Jim Colley

Arthur "Jim" Colley, 61, of Roseville, Ohio passed away at 1:41 AM, Monday, July 11, 2011 at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus following an extended illness.

Jim was born September 23, 1949, the son of the late Phillip and Florine McKibben Colley.

Mr. Colley was an employee of Boeing Air Force specializing in missile guidance. He was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church. Jim served his country during Vietnam in the US Navy and is a member of AmVets in Chillicothe.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Mary L. Storms Colley; his daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Chad Lawson of Roseville; his son and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Charlotte Colley of Columbus; his sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Ken Long of Columbia, South Carolina; his brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Cindy Colley of Wilmington and his grandchidren, Marlee Elizabeth, Tristan James and Ethan James.

The Colley family will receive visitors 12 noon -3 and 5-8 PM, Thursday, July 14 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Jim's life will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, July 15 at the funeral home with Pastor Ferrell Rood officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Roseville. The Colley family will gather for food and fellowship following the graveside services at the Roseville Community Center, Karl Brown Dr., Roseville.
